New Delhi : Pakistani pop and rock singer Atif Aslam who was declared the most popular artist on Saavn in 2013, won’t able to entertain his fans in Pune with his rock numbers and melodious tracks, as his concert had been cancelled after the protest by Shiv Sena. But he has no grudges and has only love to share with his Indian fans.

The organizers of Atif Aslam’s concert in Pune had cancelled a concert scheduled for April 25 after receiving threats from Indian extremist party Shiv Sena last week. Pakistani artist Atif Aslam, in a press meeting in India, replies back to Shiv Sena and said that he has no complaints against anyone and that he loves his fans and likes being in India.

According to the reports Aslam said, "When it comes to music, there are no boundaries. I’m here to share love. I’m not doing anything wrong. Whatever I earn, I make sure to pay taxes. If you come to my country, you will see that there is lot of respect for Lataji (Mangeshkar). People still listen to Rafi-ji’s songs and people try to copy Kishore Kumar. Even Bollywood dance steps are followed by Pakistanis."

Atif Aslam who entered Bollywood in 2005 with ‘Woh Lamhe’ from the film ‘Zeher’, has lent his voice in many Bollywood movies. The singer, who has performed in various Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad, will perform in Indore for the first time this Sunday.
